Nicaragua Mission Team: Serving Christ Together
On July 7–14, our Nicaragua Mission Team will travel to Estelí, Vera Cruz, Masaya, Managua, and Granada to partner with our brothers and sisters in Christ as they continue the work God is doing throughout Nicaragua.
During the week, our mission team will assist local churches with several construction and painting projects that will strengthen their ministry to their communities. We will also help lead Vacation Bible School in two different churches, sharing the love of Jesus with children through Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, and fellowship.
While there on Sunday, our team will worship alongside a congregation in Managua, serve lunch to the church family, and host a special piñata celebration for the children. Throughout the trip, the team will work closely with local pastors and church leaders, encouraging them in their ministry while learning from their faith and witness.
Each day will begin with prayer and a team devotional led by Nicaraguan students and our team members. These moments of worship remind us that our greatest purpose is not simply to complete projects but to faithfully give witness to Christ’s presence among us as we serve.
Most importantly, this trip is about building relationships. While we hope to leave behind freshly painted buildings, completed projects, and joyful memories for the children, we also pray that God will deepen the friendships between our churches and strengthen His kingdom on both sides of the journey.
Please join us in praying for safe travels, good health, opportunities to share the love of Christ, and for the Holy Spirit to work powerfully through our team and our Nicaraguan partners. We look forward to sharing the stories of what God has done when we return.

The theme for VBS will focus on the story of David and Goliath, reminding children that with God, we can accomplish what may seem impossible.
