Missions Update

We are grateful to share how God has been faithfully guiding the Carlsons in their new season of life and ministry.

The Carlsons have purchased a home in Brisbane, Australia, not far from their home church and family. In early November, they made the three-day drive south from Cairns and are now settled in their new home. Despite a very competitive housing market with high prices and limited availability, God provided in a remarkable way. They made a successful offer on the very first home they viewed on the first day of their search.

As they step into this next season of ministry, they continue to rely on God—and on you, their faithful partners. Greg has a heart for helping men mature in their faith and plans to launch a men’s recovery ministry while also offering coaching. Shirley thrives in prayer and will begin Steps to Freedom prayer groups, as well as meet individually with those seeking personal prayer ministry. This new chapter will unfold under the guidance of a trusted accountability team, including their life coach team, prayer partners, and spiritual directors.

To support this growing work, they have transitioned to EquipNet, a U.S.-based Christian nonprofit organization that serves them by managing the administrative, legal, and tax responsibilities of their ministry.
