Our 2026  Mission Garage Sale is just around the corner—happening Friday, May 8th through Saturday, May 9th! It’s time to start setting aside items to donate. Trailers are now available and open for drop-offs! Please take a moment to review the guidelines below carefully.

GARAGE SALE HELP NEEDED…

Bake Sale: Please contact Nancy Pavy at 601-613-4598

Wednesday, May 6:

• Morning – set up rented tables
• After Wednesday night supper – unload donations from trailers into the gym

Thursday, May 7:

• Morning through the evening – help setting up donated items in the gym – sorting donated clothing and setting up clothing racks

Friday, May 8:

• Morning – setting up donated items

Beginning at 2:00 PM and continuing Saturday morning:

• Six people at the checkout tables (one to receive money and one to assist at each table; there will be three tables)
• Several people to help customers with questions and assist in taking items to their vehicles
• A few people to help with the bake sale
• General help is always appreciated

Saturday, May 9:

• Starting at noon – lots of help with cleanup to remove unsold items and clean the gym

GARAGE SALE DONATION GUIDELINES:

• Please clean all items before donating
• Please do not bring large items such as furniture or refrigerators. We are NOT accepting them.
• Chairs, end tables, lamps, and similar items are acceptable.
• Please separate women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing into separate containers.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING:

• No tube type TVs or computer monitors, flat panel only
• No non-working small appliances, electronics, or tools
• No ripped, dirty, or stained clothing
• No broken, damaged, or heavily soiled items
• No hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials including old paints

Please save any extra cardboard boxes you may have. They’ll be a big help as we pack items for the Missions Garage Sale!
